EnterTweet Platform Terms and Conditions
§1. General Provisions
1. The EnterTweet platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform,” is operated by the company EnterTweet (company details).
2. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the Platform, including the rights and responsibilities of Users and the Administrator.
3. Registration and use of the Platform imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
1. User – An individual or entity who has registered an account on the Platform.
2. Advertiser – An entity that posts advertising materials on the Platform.
3. Advertising Material – Content provided by the Advertiser for publication on Users' social media accounts.
4. Compensation – The amount due to the User for correctly publishing the Advertising Material in accordance with the Platform’s rules.
§3. Registration Conditions
1. Registration on the Platform is voluntary but requires consent to the processing of personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
2. During registration, the User must provide true and up-to-date information, including links to their public social media profiles.
3. Each Platform account is assigned to one individual or entity; creating multiple accounts by one person is prohibited.
§4. Rules for Publishing Advertising Materials
1. A User who downloads Advertising Material agrees to publish it on their social media profile in accordance with the instructions.
2. After posting the Advertising Material, the User must click the “Published” button on the Platform to report task completion.
3. Posts must comply with the social media platform’s guidelines and remain active for a specified period (e.g., 24 hours) to allow verification.
4. The User must set their account to “Public” to enable publication verification.
§5. Publication Verification
1. The Platform conducts verification of the published Advertising Material every 12 hours to ensure the content remains visible to the public.
2. If the Advertising Material is removed or modified before the end of the verification period, the User loses the right to compensation for that publication.
3. In case of improper publication or its absence, the Platform reserves the right to deny compensation.
§6. Compensation
1. The compensation amount for publishing Advertising Material depends on the User’s number of followers on the respective social media platform.
2. Compensation is paid after successful verification of the publication, as outlined in §5.
3. Payments are made via bank transfer to the account provided by the User or through payment systems integrated with the Platform.
§7. User Obligations and Responsibilities
1. The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and good practices.
2. The User is responsible for the content published on their social media profiles and for any violations of the guidelines of those platforms.
3. Posting Advertising Materials on private profiles or manipulating follower numbers to increase compensation is prohibited.
§8. Administrator Rights and Responsibilities
1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify Advertising Materials or remove them if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected.
2. The Administrator is not responsible for the content posted on Users' profiles or for any violations of social media platform rules by the Users.
3. The Administrator has the right to suspend or delete a User’s account in case of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
§9. Personal Data Protection
1. Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
2. Users have the right to access their data, request corrections, and request deletion.
3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for using the Platform’s services.
§10. Complaints
1. All complaints regarding the Platform’s functionality or contract execution can be submitted electronically to the Platform’s contact email.
2. The Administrator reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt.
3. The Administrator’s decision on a complaint is final.
§11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
1. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Users will be informed of any changes to the Terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
3. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
§12. Final Provisions
1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved by the court competent for the Platform’s registered office.
